This client is a premier and large-scale traditional Chinese herb company, boasting an impressive history of more than 180 years. Several months ago, the company placed an order for a 100Kg freeze dryer from Senova, and since its installation, the equipment has been operating smoothly and reliably, meeting their production demands effectively.

During the on-site visit, the Senova team engaged in detailed, face-to-face conversations with the user’s technical and operational staff. They gathered firsthand feedback regarding the freeze dryer’s performance, efficiency, and ease of use.
