A large tempered glass window offers excellent visibility of samples and operational status. The shaker is available in both refrigerated and non-refrigerated versions to suit various application needs, with the refrigerated model utilizing an eco-friendly, CFC-free R134a cooling system.
Engineered with quiet single-shaft 5-dimensional drive technology, it ensures consistent orbital motion. The speed is adjustable across a wide range of 30 to 300 RPM. Users can design complex protocols using repeat, stepwise increment, and 8-segment curve programming functions.
Equipped with a precise P.I.D. temperature controller, the system includes multiple safeguards: audible/visual alarms for temperature and speed limits, automatic stop when the door is opened, and protections against electrical faults, motor overload, and overheating. It features an automatic cutoff in case of temperature control failure.
The timer can be set for up to 999 hours and 59 minutes. Essential functions like power-failure recovery, parameter memory storage, temperature/speed calibration, and dual temperature display (chamber and ambient) are integrated for user convenience and experiment integrity.
Powered by a maintenance-free, long-life AC induction brushless motor, it delivers constant torque and stable rotation across the entire speed range. A dedicated acceleration control circuit guarantees a gentle soft start and smooth ramp-up, ensuring the safety of sensitive samples.
