200Kg Food Freeze Dryer ODM project in Singapore

Rajiv from Singapore ordered the first small freeze dryer from Senova in 2021, and has purchased a total of four freeze dryers from us for the production of freeze-dried pet food since that. His pet food company has experienced rapid business growth and continues to secure increasing orders from customers. This has strengthened his confidence in the freeze-dried pet food market, leading him to decide on further investment in a large-scale food freeze dryer to boost production capacity and meet robust customer demand. In May 2025, after conducting on-site visits and rigorous comparisons of large-scale food freeze dryer manufacturers in China, he ultimately chose a 200Kg/batch food freeze dryer from us again. To ensure the equipment would fit the spatial layout of his freeze-drying production facility, customization of the dryer's dimensions and structure was required. For this purpose, he made a special trip to our company to discuss the details of the customized freeze dryer. Senova technical team promptly designed the drawings based on his customization requirements and soon commenced production. After two months of manufacturing and rigorous testing, the freeze dryer was successfully completed on July 1. Two weeks later, the container carrying the freeze dryer was delivered smoothly to his food workshop in Singapore, and with the assistance of our engineers, the installation and commissioning of the equipment were completed. Shortly after, the freeze dryer was put into smooth operation.
